UK Delivery

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier service.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order.

European Delivery

For delivery within the European Union, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.

Worldwide Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. Please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a shipping quotation based on your location.

Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days of purchase.

During particularly busy periods such as festivals, events or holidays, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer

Returns Policy

We hope you love your Patchouli Fair purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return an item subject to the following conditions.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within a further 7 days.

Returned items must be:

• unused
• unworn
• in their original condition

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage not previously agreed.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.

Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable, and we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once the item has been returned to Patchouli Fair, we will offer either:

• a replacement item
• a credit note
• or a refund

depending on your preference and product availability.

Handmade Products & Colour Variations

Many Patchouli Fair garments are handmade, which means small variations in colour, print placement or design may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handcrafted products.

Please also note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or monitor settings.
