Terms, Delivery & Returns
All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail, Courier Service or Standard Parcel delivery at a one off £3.95
European Union – please contact us for shipping charges.
Worldwide – please contact us for shipping charges.
All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days.
All retail customers have 7 days from receiving the item to inform us that they wish to return an order, and a further 7 days from that to actually return the goods. Unfortunately we do not reimburse postage costs to or from place of delivery. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product provided it is in perfect condition unless previously agreed to be faulty.
Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery and once the goods are returned to Patchouli Fair we will issue a credit note, replacement or a refund within 14 working days.
Order confirmation will be emailed if an email address is given.
All prices are in £ sterling. Payment can be made through Pay pal, Credit Card or Cheque (goods will be dispatched once cheque has cleared, usually 3-5 working days).
Any complaints should be emailed or posted to us and we will endeavour to respond to you within 7 days.
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
If the item ordered is unavailable we will contact you by phone or email.
It is important to note that some colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen to the product ultimately received, depending on your monitor screen resolution and colour/display settings.
A majority of our products are handmade and may also sometimes slightly vary in colour or design. We will provide the closest colour that we have in stock at time of order.
